James Warden, Dion Clinton (red shirt) and Andy Flor, all of Milligan Construction, assist in the snow rail workshop. The brass plates are being installed. The plates are the same size as the slates, in this case 10"X18" and are installed in place of a slate. The Mullane #500 three-bar snow rail system was donated by Berger Building Products.
