Liam Tower (left) of Slate Affair, Inc., VP of the SRCA, has received an International Federation for the Roofing Trades Award in "Pitched Roofing," presented to four finalists in Dublin, Ireland, November 4th, 2011 at the IFD Congress. Austria won first place. Take a look at the entry form. Liam's work on a bell-shaped slate roof certainly deserves recognition. There were 18 submissions from 9 countries in this category. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We would herewith cordially like to invite all members of the IFD as well as all friends throughout the world to the 59th IFD Congress 2011 from 3rd – 5th November 2011 in Dublin/Ireland. We enclose the invitation by Eamonn Costello, Chairman of the Irish association RCCA Roofing and Cladding Contractors Association, the programme of the Congress and the registration forms.

We would like to ask the offices of all IFD members to send this information to the national delegates who intend to participate in the IFD- Congress.

We would like to ask you asap to send back your registration for your participation at the IFD- Congress 2011 and for reservation of but with deadline of 7th September 2011.

Please note that as always your travelling arrangements have to be organized by yourselves.
